 Personal Information

1. Dewi Chrisanty is a Professional,  Psychologist,  Trainer,  and HR Consultant which is focus on Developing Human Resources quality (1993).  She was born in Indonesia, and finished study at Padjadjaran University
2. hold bachelor degree in Psychology. She also hold a Master Degree in sociology from Cleveland State University, Ohio, USA (1996).

3. Formulates and oversees the implementation of strategic human resources policies and plan, identifies for group synergy on HR matters, handles recruitment, training and education.
4. Guides the development and implementation of HRM frameworks, performance appraisal, job evaluation and salary structure, career development and manpower planning and Surveys.
5. She also delivere training such as personal development, supervisory management, managerial skills, telephone courtesy, handling complains, presentation skills, communication skills, motivation, emotional intelligence, improving employee attitudes, team building, group dynamic, Coaching Counselling, effective leadership, train the trainers, learning organization, stress management, problem-solving and decision making, management of change, with main focus in  Service Quality.
